Mr. Park (Henry), the Chief Investment Officer of Foundation Capital, was previously a partner at Vulcan Mining, a mining private equity investment platform under Soros Fund Management. Before joining Vulcan Mining, Mr. Park served as managing director and commodity strategist at Electrum Group, following several years as a commodity analyst at Soros Fund Management, where he specialized in commodity investing in both public and private equities and futures. Henry began his investing career at GE Capital as Assistant Vice President in the distressed debt business, later transitioning to a long/short equity analyst role in the basic materials sector for Highlander Fund Management, part of Ospraie Fund Management's Wingspan platform. Mr. Park is now a valued member of the Futura Capital team, where he collaborates with venture capital advisors to drive innovative investment strategies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Chicago and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University.

Mr. Posescu, (Sorin), P. Geo is a professional geologist with over 25 years of experience in natural resources exploration and development. As part of the Futura Capital team, Sorin has worked with major to junior resource companies throughout the USA, Canada, and Europe, including OMV Petrom, NovaGold Resources, Sierra Geothermal, and Brixton Metals. He was instrumental in a series of geothermal resource discoveries in Nevada with Sierra Geothermal Power, which was later acquired by Ram Power. Sorin served as Vice President of Exploration for Brixton Metals, where he led a series of discoveries at the Thorn Cu-Au-Ag project in B.C., Canada. He is also the founder of a precious metals royalties private company that was subsequently acquired by a publicly listed royalties company. With extensive experience in M&A and a strong background in corporate and project valuation, Sorin has served on multiple boards as a Director for both private and publicly traded resource development companies. Furthermore, he collaborates with venture capital advisors and is a registered Professional Geologist with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario.

Ms. Penstock (Terry) has over 25 years of experience in the finance and securities industry. She began her career in the finance, investment, and insurance business as a licensed insurance broker from 1995 to 1998, eventually achieving an agency license with Northwest Life & iA Industrial Alliance Pacific Life. Terry specializes in business consulting, focusing on entrepreneurial business development and finance. Having collaborated with both private and public companies, she has guided the formation of business plans through to the execution of financing and going public. Her expertise encompasses financial structuring, venture capital, and public relations, particularly in the mining, bio-tech, and technology sectors. As a founder and director of various publicly listed companies on the TSX Venture Exchange, she co-founded and served as a former director of Tintina Resources Inc., now known as Sandfire Resources America Inc., showcasing her role as a key player among venture capital advisors within the Futura Capital team.

Mr. Bowering (Andy) brings over 30 years of experience in venture capital, particularly as a part of the Futura Capital team, focusing on the Mining sector with projects spanning the globe. As a self-employed management consultant specializing in business consulting for public companies, he has offered his expertise in various management and financial oversight roles. Mr. Bowering has held senior executive positions and directorships in multiple public companies engaged in mineral exploration across Canada, the United States, Mexico, and China. His extensive knowledge of securities markets, regulatory affairs, and investor/public relations has made him a sought-after resource among venture capital advisors. Additionally, Mr. Bowering has successfully led several large acquisition programs in North America. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of British Columbia in 1986.

Mr. Solanki (Yuvraj), an entrepreneur with over 10 years of hands-on mining experience, particularly in India and Ethiopia, serves as a board member and the Executive Director of Sainik Mining and Allied Services Limited. He has significantly contributed to the drilling, exploration, and development of the Danakil Potash Project located in the Danakil depression in North-Eastern Ethiopia. Recently, Sainik Mining was awarded a Mine Development and Operation project (PB Block located in the state of Jharkhand, India), which is one of the largest MDO contracts for coal mining in India. This project is expected to mine 15 million tonnes of coal annually for the next 25 years. Yuvraj holds a B.A. in Business Studies from the University of De Montfort, Leicester, UK. With the support of the Futura Capital team and their venture capital advisors, he continues to explore innovative business consulting strategies to enhance the mining industry.

Mr. Piekenbrock (Joe), M.Sc., the recipient of the 2009 Thayer Lindsey Award & the 2015 Colin Spence Award for International Discovery, has made significant contributions to the Alaskan discoveries of both the giant Donlin Gold (Au) deposit and the high-grade Bornite Copper (Cu) deposit. He brings over 35 years of exploration experience to AsiaBaseMetals and is a valuable asset to the Futura Capital team as a business consulting expert. Having served as Vice President Exploration ('VP Exploration') for NovaGold for 10 years until 2012, he then transitioned to the role of Senior Vice President Exploration ('Sr. VP Exploration') with NovaCopper, which was later renamed Trilogy Metals, through 2014. Mr. Piekenbrock has extensive experience working in South America and Alaska, gained during his time with Teck Cominco and Placer Dome, making him an essential resource for venture capital advisors. Joe holds a B.A. in Geology from the University of Colorado and an M.Sc. in Economic Geology from the University of Arizona.

Mr. Bob Jacko, (Bob), BS. Mining, boasts over thirty years of mining experience. Throughout his career, Mr. Jacko has worked with respected companies such as Falconbridge, Cominco (Teck Cominco), Thompson Creek, and Tintina Resources Inc. He has dedicated 14 years as General Manager at various mines, including the Polaris Mine and Sullivan Mine in Canada for Cominco Ltd., as well as the Red Dog Mine and Pogo Mine in Alaska for Teck Cominco Ltd. in the USA. Mr. Jacko has also been involved in three startups, the latest being the Pogo Mine in Alaska. As a Mining Engineer and a graduate from Michigan Technological University, where he earned his bachelor of science in mining engineering (BS. Mining) in 1977, Mr. Jacko’s extensive experience positions him as a valuable asset for the Futura Capital team, particularly as they seek to provide business consulting and guidance through their venture capital advisors.

Mr. Tsitos (Yannis), P. Geo, originally trained as a physicist-geophysicist, boasts over 27 years of experience in the mining industry. He spent 19 years with the BHP Billiton group before leaving in December 2007 from his role as New Business Manager for Minerals Exploration, which had a global reach. Throughout his career, he has lived and worked in South Africa, Ecuador, Greece, the United Kingdom, and Canada. As a key member of the Futura Capital team, he has contributed to two significant discovery teams with BHP Billiton in porphyry-copper and nickel-sulphide deposits. Furthermore, he has played an instrumental role in business consulting, helping to identify, negotiate, and execute over 50 exploration agreements with junior and major companies, as well as state exploration and mining firms. His expertise also positions him as one of the leading venture capital advisors in the industry.
